Translation Feature
Please note the Translation Feature is only available for users on the Educator Pro, Educator Premium, Smore for Teams, the Non-Profits plans and the highest Business plan.
How to access the Translation feature from your Smore account:
1. Publish your newsletter:
On the top right side of the Editor, click on "Publish Newsletter".
2. Preview your newsletter:
On the right side of the newsletter, next to the "Edit your newsletter" button, simply click on "Preview your newsletter." This shows how your newsletter will look to your recipients.
3. Access the Translation and ADA bar:
On the top of the preview page, you'll see the ADA and Translation features. To translate your newsletter, click on the Translate button and choose your desired language.
How to translate the newsletter as a recipient

This button can be found at the top of the emailed newsletter.

FAQs
Can I print the translated newsletter?
While we currently don't offer the ability to print the newsletter in the translated language, it is definitely on our roadmap so be sure to follow us on Twitter for product updates!
I'm on the $99 Educator plan, how do I access the Translation Feature?
The Translation feature is only available on the Educator Pro, Educator Premium, Smore for Teams, the Non-Profits plans and the highest Business plan. If you'd like to upgrade to one of these plans, you can do so by visiting our Education pricing page HERE.
No need to worry! You will only be charged the prorated amount which is dependent on where you are in your current billing cycle.
