At Capco, we believe it is necessary and important to provide opportunities for employees to gain recognition for their outstanding contributions. We would like to take the opportunity to recognize our top performers throughout the company – people who have been best aligned with the strategic objectives of the company in terms of people, clients and delivery as well as the community. Recognizing our deserving colleagues is an important way for us to appreciate their achievements and set the bar for the rest.

The Capco Inaugural Community Awards Committee is currently accepting nominations for the awards listed below, and we are counting on you to help us identify potential honorees. Given to the individual who most excels in being dedicated to personal, organization and individual development of skills, knowledge and abilities, regardless of level


Given to the individual who most excels in adoptiong client perspective and considers alternative and consequences across people, processes, technology and organizational variables, regardless of level


Given to the individual who most excels in the ability to conceptualize, structure, and deliver high quality client and internal deliverables against project scope, milestones, and timeframes, regardless of level

Community Impact

Given to the team or group that has had the largest meaningful impact on Capco Community in the form of project work and/or internal initiative

Community Choice

Given to the individual, team or group that most deserves recognition for their meaningful impact in a category of YOUR choice.
