Component 3E is important, because as teachers we must:
- Be able to adapt to new situations as they arise in our classrooms.
- We may need to make adjustments to our lesson when things are just not going well
- We need to be able to pick up on the cue from our students and adapt accordingly.
- Use those teachable moments in our classrooms.
- We need to be persistent in our teaching.
