Christianity
Christianity is a religion that there is one god, which is monotheistic. This god goes by Lord, Christ, or God. Christians believe that he created everything that we have and that his son, Jesus came to Earth lived a perfect life and comes to close the gap, caused by sin between God and humans. The book that humans believe to be God's word is the Bible. Some of the major holidays is Easter, Good Friday, Christmas. Some of the highly practiced ritual is to pray which is talking to God also going to Church on Sundays, the holy day and listening to a Pastor preach the Bible.The most highly concentration of Christians is here in the United States.

Judaism
Judaism was the beginning of three religions, Christianity and Islam. Judaism was founded by Moses but many Jews trace history back to Abraham. monotheistic, believing there is only one god and that they have a convent with him, named God. They believe that all God has done for them they deserve to repay him by trying to live out his word, the Torah in every aspect of their lives. Jewish worship God in a Synagogue and with a Rabbi, the spiritual leader. One of the major holidays celebrated is Hanukah. The highest concentration of Jewish people are in the United States and Israel

Hinduism is a popular religion in India. Hinduism is a religion that believe that there is one supreme God. Hindus believe that existence is a cycle of birth, death, and rebirth( reincarnation), which is governed by Karma. How ever you lived the previous life is what will decide what your next life will be. The main books/text believe are the Vedas and their supplements. There are many different holidays but one of the most common is Diwali.

Muslims are monotheistic, believing that there is only one God. The Arabic word for God is Allah. Muslims base their rules to life on their holy book the Qur'an, and the Sunnah. Muslims believe in taking a trip to Mecca, fasting, praying five times a day, giving money to charity, and living the five pillars of Islam which are the declaration of faith. The highest concentration on Muslims is in the Middle East.

Buddhism
Buddhism is a tradition that focuses on the personal spiritual development. Buddhists strive for there live to have a deep insight into the true nature of life and do not worship gods or deities. There is no belief in a personal god. Buddhists believe that nothing is fixed or permanent and that change is always possible. hey can either worship at home or at a temple. Siddhartha Gautama, the Buddha, was born into a royal family over 2500 years ago. One of the holidays/ holy days is Dharma Day. This day marks the beginning of the Buddha's teaching. One of the practiced ritual is to meditate to find your spiritual inner self.
Many Buddhist are located in Thailand, which has a very high concentration and is growing more and more popular in Thailand.
