AzMimic Benchmark Tests start this week
Over the next few weeks, we will be giving our students the first of 3 AzMimic tests. These tests help us predict how students might do on the end of the year state tests. Teachers use this information to make instructional decisions to best help students. In our vision of 1.5 years of growth in reading, writing, and math, these tests will give us valuable information. Please have a conversation with your child about the importance of doing their best work on these tests. Thanks.
Shea Fun Night at Skyzone - AUG 30th
We are set to soar on Aug 30th at Skyzone. Take the family and earn money back for Shea Middle School! See below and the flyer for details!
Computer Info
Shea is a 1-to-1 technology site, meaning each student will be issued a chromebook. These devices are essential to student learning. All students must use a school chromebook, as those are the only devices authorized on our school network. Chromebooks are issued FREE OF CHARGE but parents are responsible for any repairs needed on the equipment.
Device Plan - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
We strongly recommend parents purchase a device protection plan. The cost is $30 and it is good for the entire 22-23 school year. This protection plan must be purchased annually. You can save significantly on the cost of any potential repairs to your child's computer. Please click on the form below, and check out the details and the rate sheet. You may return the form and make payment at the school's front office.
