Reminders
- Don't forget, per Crockett policy as written in the handbook, visitors in the classroom MUST be approved by administration.
- All windows on the doors need to be uncovered. As I am walking the building I am noticing curtains that are covering half the windows or windows that are completely covered. The windows should only be closed during lock down drills.
- Please be on the lookout for the energy shutdown email that will be going out next week. Teachers will need to be checked out by team leader. Team leaders, when all classrooms have been checked, please see me to check out for the break.
- Don't forget to send out the volunteer passes for your room parents for the Winter Parties. If the parent shows up without the volunteer pass they will not be allowed to go to the classrooms until the time for the parties.
Affirmations
- Thank you to Mrs. Minotti for executing our campus vision and helping us foster strong relationships with our families. The Cookies with Cocoa and PACT presentation were a great success and our families thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you to your work and dedication to our families!
- Thank you to the front office for your competence in ensuring all of our families get through the check in system fast and efficiently while maintain the safety of our building, with the number of parents we received this week, you all did an AMAZING job!!!
- Thank you to the admin team for being proactive and helping me ensure the safety of our students and staff while have so many visitors in the building this week.
- Thank you to Mrs. Cano and the cafeteria staff for the beautiful holiday display! It makes the cafeteria look very inviting for our families. Also, thank you for always being flexible with me and going above and beyond every time I need you. I am very grateful for each and everyone of you.

Using the Social Contract for Affirmations
During the morning meeting or during a brain break, ask students in your classroom, “Who is someone in our group who shows great PARTICIPATION (or some other word from the contract)? Let's think of a way we can AFFIRM that person for following our social contract!"
