A few reminders

*In order to give the teachers time to prepare for their day students are not be in the hallways or at their lockers prior to 7.50 a.m.

Anyone entering the building prior to 7.50 a.m. needs to report directly to the Multi Purpose room/lunch room (door 6).

*If your child has a change from their regular after school routine please contact the front office as soon as possible. We will send a note to your student.

*If your child will be riding the bus home to a friend's house please let the front office know (email/note/call). We will give your student the required note to give to the bus driver so he/she is aware of the change.

Volunteer at school

We are always looking for volunteers to help at our school.

We would love help in the copy room, your child's classroom, you can help during the book fair, cutting shapes for various projects, lunch buddy etc.

If you would like to volunteer please complete this form and drop it off at the front office.

After School STEM Programs

Let's Build It. Enter into the fascinating world of robotics. In this exciting STEM program, students will design, build and test their very own robots under the guidance of an experienced AES instructor. Check out the Flyer for Grades 1-6th for more info.

Fitness Friday, Sept 21st, 1pm-3.15pm

We are in need of a lot of parent helpers to make this event successful. Your job would be to simply help supervise a station and encourage the students as they work on the fitness challenges. Please email Mr Mueller (mueller@erinschool.org) if you are able to assist.

STEAM PROGRAM (1st-5th grade)

This school year our 1st through 5th grade student’s library time will be expanded from

thirty minutes to forty-five minutes to allow the inclusion of a Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math learning opportunity.

We need a bunch of materials for this program so save your recyclables and send them to school (see list of what we need).
