Reflections from Elder's Desk
If the Tiger in You needs a little motivation,
It’s been an amazing year because of your dedication.
Consistently working with colleagues, students, and parents, too
Teaching, building relationships, and whatever else you are asked to do.
Attending meetings, analyzing data, all seem insurmountable.
However, the Tiger in You understands you are accountable.
You are always willing to do more than what is asked.
Because you are exceptional and know how to complete every task
So don’t get discouraged during this time of year.
Look on the bright side and spread some holiday cheer.
Your attitude, heart, and skillset will guide you in doing what is best for all.
You understand it’s not about you, but you must fulfill your call.
Touching, motivating and making a difference each day.
Please do not take for granted the role that you play.
So overcome the spirit of defeat.
You are an AMCHS Tiger and hard to beat.
So continue sharing with others the Tiger in You.
You are blessed beyond measures--you know what to do.
So, find your inner strength and make these few weeks the best.
As an AMCHS Tiger, you are a cut above from the rest.
