Kinder News
Week 33 May 1st- May 5th
Wow! The Spring Fling was a blast of fun activities. Thanks for participating and enjoying time in the classroom. This week we will be planting and making our butterfly life cycle plate. We will also be making a seasons craft to go with our curriculum.
Our caterpillars are looking wonderful! They are approximately 20 Days old and a few have already started to spin their chrysalis. We will soon put them into our butterfly habitat so they can hatch.
This week we have started our ABC Count down for the end of year. With the relentless wind we might need to alter our airplane race, but it will be fun regardless!
Below you will find the LAST early release form of the year. Next Wednesday is our LAST early release. Please fill out the form, even if your plans have not changed.
Our Kinders will be given their last DIBEL of the year. You will receive a mailed report in the summer of their final scores. Make sure they are getting plenty of rest, a good breakfast (or eat at school) so they can be their best selves at school!
Last but, not least, below you will find the video from our music concert in April. As always, please do not share via social media for the privacy of all students. The video is not quite professional (insert a funny face here), but the voices of the students is remarkable. This is the first concert for many kindergartners and elementary students! I'm proud of them for making it on stage and performing. Enjoy!
