Staying in the Loop!

  1. Lockdowns: We are in the process of working with maintenance in order to obtain keys for every classroom. This is high on the priority list!
  2. Aquatics: reminder as IEPs begin again that it is required that a student who has a 1:1 in their IEP must have a 1:1 in the water. This is the same for nursing staff. If a student requires a nurse on land, then they require a nurse in the water.
  3. The reunion dance will be on April 15th 630-930 in the central gym.

  4. Two part-time Physical Therapists and Three part-time Speech Therapists have been hired. They will be picking up students who are in need of these therapies. All sessions that were missed will be made up by the end of the school year and we will be on track to complete all therapy sessions for this school year.
  5. A special thank you to everyone who has been assisting with sharing work spaces, computers, and classrooms for our new therapists!
  6. Dr. Tomesello, the new County Supervisor of Child Study Teams, toured our school on Wednesday, February 3rd. She was highly impressed with our programs! Thank you for your professionalism and courtesy during the tour.
