Wellness Wednesday Topic: How DO I feel?
This week in our SEL lesson, we began the discussion of identifying feelings and needs. The amazing thing about feelings is there is often a range of emotion that can fit into an emotional group. Happiness, for example, is an entire rainbow of emotions. So when we think about feelings and emotions, Chargers, remember that no single word captures the same experience for everyone. It's okay if you feel your emotions in a different way than someone else. That's pretty normal!
