Get a longer and healthy life!

If you eat lots of healthy food, you won't have any health problems (diseases) . If you eat lots of junk food, you will stop growing, your life will get shorter, your heart will beat slower, you get lazy, since you don't eat anything healthy, you won't get enough iron, which means that you will always feel sleepy, and you will not be able to walk because you won't have any energy. If you eat healthy food, you will be able to prevent all these things from happening. Healthy eating is when you get enough nutritious for your body. If you only eat 1 or 2 servings of fruits and vegetables, that is not called healthy eating. So make sure you eat enough servings of each of the food groups so your body stays fit and healthy. You need carbohydrates, protein, fats, calcium, vitamins, minerals, and water.

Physical Activity

It is important to exercise because you will always stay active, be full of energy, able to burn calories, won't get fat, have a longer life, and have a healthy and fit life. If you eat junk food , something will grow in you arteries and stop the blood from flowing, but if you exercise you could get rid of it. Make sure that you exercise for atleast 90 minutes ( for children 9-13 years old ) . You could do jogging everyday, you could walk, or play any sports that you like. Staying active and being full of energy could help you have a healthy life.

Self Esteem

Self Esteem is when you have confidence in your self about having a healthy life. Everyone should have Self Esteem so they could believe in themselves that they could excercise and eat healthy.
