Writing: We are continuing with narrative writing in our journals.
Math: Topic 16: Analyzing, comparing, and composing shapes
Science: WInter, Healthy body
Social Studies: Time for Kids, Martin Luther King Jr.
Reminders
It would be helpful for your students to have an extra pair of socks, pants, and underwear in their backpack (labeled). During these winter months, snow pants do not always hold up, and a change of clothes is helpful. Thanks!
Students should also have a hat and gloves with them. Unless it is bitterly cold or raining, they will head outside for recess. :)
Remember to turn in your January Paws for Reading!
If your child wears boots to school, please remember to send them with their shoes for P.E. Thanks!
