We Are Looking For A New Director Of Sales
OverView
Requirements
-Manage a team of 6 to 8 Senior Account Executives -Direct the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying and relationship building -Lead new business generation and upselling of existing Ad Agencies -Ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and manage a weekly revenue forecast -Manage daily, weekly and monthly activity to ensure productivity and face to face meetings -Rollout sales business rules, practices and policies to sales territories -Hire, train and manage performance of Senior Account Executives -Up to 50% Travel Required
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s Degree -10+ years of sales experience with 3+ years selling into -Recruitment Ad Agencies -Excellent written and oral communication skills -Experience with interactive media, including pay-per-click products is ideal -Tenure within the online recruitment industry is strongly preferred -Familiarity with performance-based advertising products, including PPC recruitment advertising -Successful track record in sales-driven environments and superior leadership skills
Pay
The average pay for a job such as this is anywhere between $100,000 and $200,000. With our company you would start out making $150,000 and then receive raises based on performance.
