How to successfully implement change
The Components of Change:
Based on multiple sources of evidence (e.g. diagnostic data, observations, conversations, interests) to create goals and theories of action.
What motivates you?
What do I need to learn? Is there particular knowledge I need to have?
Are there any tools you will need?
Responsive Action Plan
Do you change the plan when it isn't working? How do you know when it is working?
Are there any obstacles you will need to overcome to be successful?
Is there a particular order to these components? Is change linear?
And what happens when you take one of these things away? How would it make you feel to have a plan, but no resources? Or to have a vision, but lacked the skills to make it happen? Would you change?
