Hello Patriot Families,
I just wanted to take a minute and touch base with you about what we know so far regarding our start on August 10th.
Due to the results of surveys for students who have chosen in-person learning and remote learning, we have been hard at work completely redoing student schedules for each child at Liberty Bell by hand. We are taking extra time to do this to do all we can to ensure that students have every opportunity to access their desired classes. We hope to have student schedules completed by the end of the day on Monday. Shifting numbers have necessitated us redoing the student schedules twice and so it has taken us extra time. We believe the extra time we have taken will be worth it for students.
We will be communicating with families soon regarding chrome book and student resource distribution. We are hoping to do this by Team. All 7th grade students will be invited to retrieve their materials this Thursday, August 6th. All 8th grade students will be invited to retrieve their materials this Friday, August 7th. We will do this in a “Drive-Through” fashion in the bus stop area. Your child's teachers will be calling your family early this week to assign a specific time to come and meet teachers and get materials. More details to come.

7th Grade Immunizations
Masks
Wearing masks is the expectation for all students and staff in all common areas. Students who are not comfortable wearing masks may choose Remote Learning Options. Masks will be provided for every child.
Arrival and Dismisal
DROP OFF PROCEDURES 20-21
Blue Building Students
Blue building students should be dropped off in parking lot B by the bicycle rack. Students will walk across the plaza and enter into the blue breezeway. Grab and Go Breakfast will be available in the breezeway. Please do not block the parking lot entrance or intersection. Our busses need to enter using the same road. To avoid the most traffic, it is recommended to arrive between 7:15 and 7:35. See Diagram for recommended routes to drop off.
Red Building Students
RED building students should be dropped off in parking lot C by the dumpsters. Students will walk into the red breezeway doors. Grab and Go Breakfast will be available in the breezeway.

Bus Drop Off
Students who are dropped off by bus will enter through their perspective Blue/Red building doorways. Grab and Go Breakfast will be available in the breezeway.
PICK UP PROCEDURES 20-21
Blue Building Students
Blue building students will be released at 2:40 PM to parking lot B. Parents/Guardians should park in a parking space while waiting to pick up their child to avoid congestion. Please do not block the parking lot entrance or intersection. See Diagram for recommended routes to drop off.
Red Building Students
Red building students will be released at 2:40 PM to parking lot B. Parents/Guardians should park in a parking space while waiting to pick up their child to avoid congestion. Please do not block the parking lot entrance or intersection. See Diagram for recommended routes to drop off.
Bus Riders
Students will be dismissed using a controlled dismissal schedule. Busses will be released prior to car riders.
