Ortega’s Oration
Dear Bryan High Community,
It’s that time again, where we have one foot in this school year and the other into next year as we begin to prepare for a successful 2022-2023. Most recently, all Bryan High students who are returning to us have registered for next year’s classes. In addition to selecting courses, our current 9th graders completed a personality self-assessment, career interest survey, and a strengths finder assessment, as well as received classroom lessons on each of our academies to make an informed academy selection. The parents of 9th graders had the opportunity to be involved in the academy selection by meeting and speaking to our industry partners during our Parent Teacher Conferences Night and reviewing their student’s portfolio on Naviance. If you have any questions about course or academy selections for next school year, please contact our wonderful school counselors at 531-299-6621. We know parental involvement enhances academic performance, and we invite each parent to become fully engaged in the academic planning of their student.
Thank you for your continued support in ensuring your student is responsible, safe, and respectful at Bryan High every single day!
