How strong you are.
Stretching your muscles.
Track, riding a bike, mile run, basketball and soccer.
What to eat
Fruit, veggies, protein, dairy, grains, carbs, water.
What not to eat
Fried foods, ice cream, candy, cookies, cake, chips, donuts, coke.
Number of days a week(3-5).
How can you make exercise harder
Amount of time spent a day (30-60 minutes).
Type of exercise. Ex. Running , basketball etc...
choose more than one exercise . Alternate days.
