What is Celiac Disease?

Celiac disease is a digestive disorder that damages the small intestine when foods with gluten are consumed. When gluten is consumed, the immune has a reaction that leads to a difficulty in the digestive and also prevents the nutrients from getting absorbed from foods.

What is the cause of the Celiac disease?

There isn't an exact cause for celiac disease, but is mostly caused by eating gluten which is found in wheat and rye. Another way is Celiac disease can run in the family.
