Pie Pastry Class
Celebrate National Pie Day with Alice's Pies
Learn how to make the perfect pie crust
Alice’s Pies will be collaborating with the Book Fare Café in celebrating National Pie Day on January 23rd. A variety of pies in different sizes will be available at the café throughout the day and Alice Clark, owner of Alice’s Pies, will demonstrate her coveted pie pastry technique that evening.
The pie pastry lesson will take place at 7:00 pm at the café and will last approximately one hour. Attendees will learn the “secret” recipe and technique Alice uses to create her popular pies and will go home with their own pastry round and a complimentary pie recipe to make their own. The fee for the class is $10.
