EPIC END OF YEAR PARADE!

May 20th, 2020

Preschool/PreK Classes 10-10:30

Kindergarten-8th grade families 1-1:30 pm

Celebrate the end of the year by joining the parade! Drive one more time through the Trinity carline to wave and honk at your teachers, and bid a fond farewell and thank you to Principal Price! Teachers will be standing along the carline to wave at you and see your smiles!

Decorate your vehicle and show your Trinity spirit! Come anytime between 10-10:30 for preschool/preK families and between 1-1:30 pm for K-8 families.

*All safety precautions will be in place, including appropriate social distancing, for the health and safety of our community, and in regulation with the State of Indiana and Elkhart County. Please remain in your vehicles and proceed slowly and safely, as you would in after school carline pick-up. Please keep the parade moving and avoid stopping.

May 30: 8th Grade Graduation

We will honor our 8th grade graduates at a family service at 12noon on Saturday, May 30. Since we need to follow safety guidelines for the size of gathering and social distancing, the ceremony is limited to immediate family members of the graduate and faculty members.

The service will be live-streamed so everyone else in the family and school can watch the celebration of this important milestone for our students! Please pray for them as they prepare for new horizons in high school!

June 1-4: Drop-Off & Pick-Up of Student Supplies

This year, the teachers will clean out your desks and lockers for you!! All personal belongings from classrooms will be collected and organized for pick-up the week of June 1-4 during designated times. This is also the time you will get your Report Cards and any awards.

Students will also return school property (library books, tech supplies, classroom books...) at that time.

Students and families will not be able to go into the classrooms; all items will be picked up in the office area and distancing procedures will be followed. Please watch for full details about times and specifically about technology items next week.

SUMMER CAMPS

Governor Holcomb's Back on Track Indiana plan states that all K-12 school buildings, facilities, and grounds are closed until June 30. With that as our guide we plan to BEGIN SUMMER CAMPS 2020 on July 6 for all ages. Our first camps of the season will be Adventure Camp and Lego Mania! We have updated EventBrite with the new dates and camps. All previously scheduled camps in June, including VBS have been cancelled, and individuals that had previously signed up should have received an email through EventBrite with the details on that.
