Leadership from Jolie
Angelina Jolie is a devoted humanitarian which helps her be a great leader. Jolie travels all around the world to meet, help, and maybe even adopt children! This helped her learn great iniative because she did this without being told do. Jolie did it on her own time which gave her much appreciation. This trait helped Jolie because she was now seen as a woman who is caring and has great iniative. Jolie and I share the leadership traits of iniative, caring, and intelligence, and these traits might be used in the future at work. The character trait most helpful for Jolie was iniative. Iniative really helped Jolie because it helped her be seen more worldwide as a caring and loving person to all kinds of people. I want to emulate Jolie becuase of her personality. She is so caring, loving, and nice that makes her a true role model for me. Leaders have to demonstrate all the leadership skills to be effective because if you just show one leadership skill there are gonna be others who show more than one and will bemore effective than you at leading. The qualites you need to develop to become a great leader are iniative, public speeking, compassion, honesty, confidence, cooperative, and responsibility.
