Welcome Back (Sort of)
I hope everyone was able to have a great Thanksgiving Break! This time of year is a great opportunity to take a moment and count the blessings in our lives. I want to welcome everyone back to (virtual) school. I know this is probably not the format that we all wanted, but remember this is for the health and safety of our students and staff.
Looking forward to these three weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas Break we want to bring the holiday cheer to our Alta Mesa families. One thing that we have been working on as a staff is an online "Holiday Craft Show" that our teachers will be hosting on Facebook Live. More specific details are included below, but this will be a great chance for families to work on some fun and creative holiday crafts together. The shows will be done live on Wednesday's-Friday's over the next three weeks at 1 pm. We look forward to seeing everyone online!
As we go through the Holiday season I want to encourage our Alta Mesa families to continue to be diligent about health and safety procedures. It's important as a community that we work together to drive the spread of COVID-19 down. This is important not only for our families but our schools and community as well.
At Alta Mesa, we look forward to welcoming our students back as soon as possible. We know this time is challenging and your patience is appreciated.
