Message on Testing Season
Spring time means testing time at WJHS. I am including the dates below for all testing this Spring. Please make note of dates for your child's grade to help them be ready academically and mentally for testing days. Most important is making sure your child gets a good nights sleep the night before testing and also eats a good meal the morning of.

Jr. High Swimming Meeting
Coach Eeds (High School swimming coach) will have an informational meeting on 2/25 in the High School Commons area at 6:00 PM. Practices will begin on March 2nd.

Course requests for 20-21 school year
If you missed the Parent Course Selection Meeting on February 11th, I have included more information below as well as reminders of important dates related to your child's selection of courses for next year.
Skyward Course Selection Access closes @ 345pm 2/21 (Today)
Students that want to change course selections after today will need to email their counselor to request a change. Students have until the last day of school, May 29th, to make a course selection change request.

This Week in Athletics
Boy's Basketball
The Whitehouse Junior High School boys basketball teams ended the season with an outstanding effort vs. the Lindale Eagles.
7A team won 60-47, and were crowned District Champions
7B team won 18-14
8A team won 53-33
8B team won 40-23, and were crowned District Champions
JH Tennis:
* JH team will travel to Kaufman on the 22nd (Saturday) for the Kaufman Tournament.
* Match times TBA.
Next Week in Athletics
JH Tennis:
Tennis team will travel to Jacksonville on Monday (2/24) for matches beginning at 4:00 PM.
JH Swimming:
Coach Eeds will be conducting an informational meeting on Tuesday (2/25) at 6:00 PM. Meeting will be in the Commons Area of Whitehouse High School.
JH Track:
Both boy and girl teams (7th & 8th) will be competing in the Bullard JH Track Meet on Thursday (2/27). Meet time begins at 2:30. Participating athletes will need to be released from class at 12:50 PM on Thursday. Lists will be sent out late Tuesday.
Annual District Athletic Fundraiser:
Will begin on Friday (2/28)
