Who Am I?

"All of imagination - everything that we think, we feel, we sense - comes through the human brain..." ~Jay S. Walker

Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am more comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means that I work on tasks piece by piece and that I learn things easily by working in sequential order. Also that I can adjust to the environment quickly. However, sometimes I need more concrete thinking when working on problems or projects. Also I need to be more verbal when in a conversation

My Personality Type

#1 Gold

I have a gold personality. I focus on the specific detail in a discussion or speech. I also listen to determine if the message is right or wrong. I tend to not like it when conversations go off topic. When I communicate I perfer it in writing, direct and straight forward, and step by step. It frustrates me when people are rule brakers who waste time and are lazy.

Decision Making

When making decisions I tend to follow the Directive Style. People with that decision making style complete tasks quickly, dislike committee and group discussions, impersonal social orientation, is forceful, and practical authoritarian. Others perceive my descision making as autocratic, simplistic, and rigid. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for structured, goal-oriented, such as in bureaucracies, or where power and authority are important.
