IMPORTANT: School Wide Parent Meeting on Monday 5/9

A school wide parent meeting will be held via webinar on Monday 5/9 at 6pm discussing Senior Events, Moving, ESSR Funding, Keystones and YEAR END WRAP. We encourage all parents to attend this virtual meeting in order to stay informed of important PE&T information.

Keystone Exam Schedule

The Keystone Exams are MANDATORY state tests that all students starting with the Class of 2023 must take in order to meet graduation pathway requirements. Unless your 10th or 11th grade student was informed they scored Proficient (1500 or above) they must be present on all testing days:

10th & 11th Grades ONLY Report to School on the dates listed below:

Friday 5/13 - Cram Day (Test Prep Day for Upcoming Keystone Exam)

Monday 5/16 & Tuesday 5/17:

10th Grade: Keystone Algebra Exam

11th Grade: Keystone Literature Exam

Wednesday 5/18: Cram Day (Test Prep Day for Upcoming Keystone Exam)

Thursday 5/19 & Friday 5/20:

10th Grade: Keystone Biology Exam

11th Grade: Keystone Algebra Exam

Monday 5/23: Cram Day (Test Prep Day for Upcoming Keystone Exam)

Tuesday 5/24 & Wednesday 5/25:

10th Grade: Keystone Literature Exam

11th Grade: Keystone Biology Exam

Thursday 5/26: Make Up Day for any missed Keystone Exams. 10th & 11th grade students who were present on ALL testing days do NOT have to report. 9th & 12th grade students return to in person classes.

10th & 11th grade students can join Open Zoom with their teachers from 12:30 to 1:30 each day after testing if they need help with their coursework.

9th & 12th Grade Students During Keystones

9th & 12th grade students do not report for in person school from Friday 5/13 through Wednesday 5/25.

These test and our students' performance are crucial to our success as charter school. We take the utmost care in maintaining a secure testing environment.

All 9th & 12th grade students must join their teacher's class Zoom during the schedule listed below.

Monday 5/16:
Block 1 Zoom 12:30 - 1:30

Tuesday 5/17:
Block 2 Zoom 12:30 - 1:30

Wednesday 5/18:

Block 3 Zoom 12:30 - 1:30

Thursday 5/19:

Block 4 Zoom 12:30 - 1:30

10th & 11th grade students can join Open Zoom with their teachers from 12:30 to 1:30 each day after testing if they need help with their coursework.

Credit Remediation Program

Ms. Carolyn Murphy is in charge of our Credit Remediation program for students who had failures in the 3rd Quarter of the school year and are trying to redeem their grade before the end of the school year. If you have any questions about credit recovery, please contact Ms. Murphy:


Student devices and chargers will be collected on May 31st for the seniors, and June 7th & 8th for the underclassman. Students requiring credit recovery/summer school can turn in after that program. Payments required for damaged or missing devices or chargers: device replacement is $200; charger replacement is $25.

5/16: Senior Exit Survey will be emailed. THEY MUST BE COMPLETED AS SOON


5/31: Seniors Return Technology

6/2: PROM! Iatse Ballroom 2401 Swanson St; 7pm-11pm

Juniors and Seniors attending prom do not have to report to school on 6/2 or 6/3.

Prom Cost: $75 per person, $150 per couple

Prom Tickets can be purchased in room 300 the last 5 minutes of Blocks 1 & 2.

6/3: Senior Final Grades Due from teachers

PE&T Summer Camp

Registration for our FREE summer camp is open to Philadelphia E&T students! Join us for a summer of learning and fun! Camp will take place from Mondays -Thursdays starting June 27th and ending August 4th. Campers will get hands on lessons of technology, STEM, Career/College Readiness, and more. Activities include sports & recreation, pool days, and field trips!

Due to our building move over the summer, camp will take place at a satellite location located at 2nd and Washington Streets in South Philadelphia.
