Celebrating 60 Years
This month on the 22nd of March we will be celebrating 60 years of Wolfsville School serving our community of learners. This is a special milestone that values the work of decades of educators, students and community members. The accomplishments and planning of those that came before us laid the foundation we build on today.
It is a true honor to serve this exceptional community and I look forward to celebrating the history, accomplishments and goals for the future...TOGETHER!
Yours in Education,
Megan Stein

Chipotle Fundraiser
Make dinner a selfless act by joining us for a fundraiser to support Wolfsville Elementary School! Come to Chipotle at 997 West Patrick Street in Frederick on Sunday, April 7th between 4 PM and 8 PM. Bring in the flyer below, show it on your smartphone or tell the cashier you're supporting the cause to make sure 33% of the proceeds will be donated to Wolfsville Elementary School.
Winter Recess Layers
As we enter March temperatures tend to fluctuate daily so please make sure your child dresses appropriately for the temperatures. Unless there is inclement weather, students go outside for a 20 minute recess each day. They often need extra coats or layers for this time! We encourage you to write your child's name on the inside tag of their coats or sweatshirts.

Visitor Management System
REMINDER: FCPS has implemented a Visitor Management System in all schools. This system allows schools to better track visitors, contractors, and volunteers and provide a safer environment for all students. It also allows school administrators to know who is the building at any given time.
When you come to our school, you will be asked for your driver's license or another form of government issued ID. If you do not have a formal ID, you will be asked your name and birth date. Your information will be entered into the visitor management system (VMS) every time you visit the school. Out of respect to the privacy of our visitors and guests, the system is not connected to any other database such as the Department of Motor Vehicles, and information is not shared with any outside agencies. Once the ID scan is done and entry is approved, the system will issue a visitor's sticker that identifies the visitor, the date, and the purpose of the visit.
Thank you, in advance, for your cooperation with this new VMS (Visitor Management System).
