Weekly Updates/ Reminders:
- ACTION: All exit ticket info is updated.
- ACTION: If you have not yet had your data team meetings we will meet with you on Monday.
- ACTION: Evidence of standards review and MAP "like" questions being implemented.
- Teaching and learning must continue when students are out for ACCESS testing, this is the perfect time to get in additional RTI and small group instruction.
- Continue to make sure that bulletin boards are up-to-date with evidence of student work, work both in your classroom and in the halls should be updated frequently.
- Lesson plans must be posted and available upon request to any visitor.
- Math Stations/ Task Menus are up and running-- we still have not received updated schedules from everyone.
- Check your PST/PLC agendas prior to each weeks meetings and insure you are prepared.
- Students should be on iReady for 45 minutes per week in both ELA and Math, please be reminded that the usage of this program is first priority. If you are using any other programs they should only be utilized supplementary.

- Remember... Task predicts performance!
- Use of daily Exit Tickets
- Exit tickets must be logged into master trackers for ELA and Math.Your exit tickets should be guiding your instructional decisions on a daily basis. We must ensure that we are using quantitive data rather than qualitative data when making all decisions regarding students both academically and behaviorally.
- Guided Reading/ Math Stations-- plans created and implemented for each small groups based on individual needs (we must see evidence of these plans when we observe)
- Evidence of Guided Reading progress monitoring. Evidence of progress monitoring from small group instruction
