The lion has a small array of enemies, because it is a fierce and dangerous animal, not many other animals will mess with it. Its enemies include buffalo, elephant, and hyenas. The biggest enemy of the lion though is human. Humans are constantly affecting the population of the lions due to poachers and hunters trying to make money. Lions defend themselves with razor sharp teeth and claws, and a vicious roar that wards off predators.
