Would videogames be more exciting with VR? Why?

What are some downsides to virtual reality?
Some downsides to virtual reality are how long it takes to create. A team of programmers could take up to a year to program a room accurately. Another is virtual crime and real life. Considering that virtual reality is close to real life, virtual crimes could cause a person distress in that world. The question is, would the criminal be charged with a real crime, or just passed off as a game? Strickland, Jonathan.
