Miss Tracey's Class
November 2019
It's November!
Wow! Where has the time gone?! It is November already, and we are in the second grading period, already! Miss Audree wraps up her student teaching in one, short month; and winter is right around the corner! This school year is flying by!
Well, as we begin the chilly month of November, we are delving into Transportation and hope to take a study trip, to learn more about a favorite, preschool mode of transportation, this month, as well. Stay tuned for details.
We have a busy month ahead, so please, take note as you read about all that is coming up.
Conferences
Volunteers
Furthermore, we have now opened up the opportunity to volunteer in the classroom, each week. We would love for you to join us for a day of playing, singing, reading, learning, and helping. This is a great opportunity for you to come into the classroom, see what goes on, take ideas home to try, see who your child's friends are, hear those songs your child may be coming home and singing, and be an extra set of eyes, ears, and hands, as well. Sign ups are available in Bloomz. If you have not yet signed up for Bloomz, the directions are below:

Weather and Illness
Also, we know that illness happens. Here are a couple reminders for you, in case you find him/her under the weather:
- After any illness, a child should be fever free (temp less than 100) for twenty-four (24) hours before returning to school.
- Not all contagious illnesses are accompanied by fever, therefore, the child must be symptom free for twenty-four (24) hours before returning to school. Symptom free would include fever, vomiting and diarrhea.
- A student with a temperature measuring 100 degrees Fahrenheit or greater will be sent home from school. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to make arrangements for their student's transportation home.
