What's Happening This Month
Fall is here and hopefully soon the weather will be cooler. We have made it through all our pre-tests and can begin to address all of the students' language needs. We will be focusing on reading and writing of course. Specifically:
Kinder: letter names and sounds
1st: beginning reading, sounding out words, sight words
2nd: sounding out words, sight words
3rd: reading longer words, writing with more description
4th/5th: reading for information, writing detailed, descriptive text
