Question of the Day Winners for the week
Keep our School Safe
Let's keep our school safe. Remember, if you see something, say something. We can all help to keep our school safe.
School Spirit Day
Show out in BLUE AND YELLOW attire (or Wilson Knights shirts) on Thursday, October 7th as we kick off the sports season with a pep rally at lunch. The grade that shows the most pride will earn 1 spirit point. You can check out how many spirit points each grade has so far in the Four Corners as you enter school. Let's cheer on our girls' soccer and boys' basketball teams!

Join ASB on Remind so you can get text reminders of all the upcoming spirit days and events happening around Wilson! Click here to join.
Dance Club!
Dance Club with Stella, Mari, and Mary will meet on Tuesday, October 5, at lunch in the gym. Please do not bring food into the gym but water is fine.

Here are the meeting times for the 3D Printing Club! We have 65 members altogether and it is too difficult to meet indoors. Please attend the meetings when you can.
Monday meetings are on ZOOM from 4:00 - 4:45 and 4:45 - 5:00 for extra help
Thursday meetings are at school -- bring your chromebooks, lunch and a towel to sit on. We will be working on designing our 3d prints in the grass area by building 2.

Sports Announcements!
This week we start the boys basketball and girls soccer season with our first game on Thursday, Oct. 7th, at 3:30pm at Wilson vs. Roosevelt.
The games will end by 4:45pm. Please plan to pick up your child from the front of the school no later than 4:45pm.
There will be a $1.00 entry charge.
Please click on the Wilson's Sport Page link here for important information re: COVID rules and regulations, game and practice schedule.
We are very excited to start our sports season. Please come and support our amazing student athletes. Students: Remember that if you attend the games, you will be watching the games and staying on the field or gym.
Gym: The gym is limited to parents watching the game as well as a few students. There is not enough space in the gym for all students to watch. If there is no space in the gym, students are invited to watch the soccer game.
If you have any questions please email Coach Markos our Athletic Director at cmarkos@gusd.net

Month of mindfulness
"Take time to do what makes your soul happy"
This is our last week of "Self-care September" and because it's officially Fall, here are some Fall-themed ways to practice self-care; notice how nature changes, make some tea and savor the moment, go outside and ride your bike, bake something you love, carve pumpkins with your friends or family.
