What you should o could do if an accident happens in your work place:
FIRST AID4. If there is not immediately assistance by the occupational health area you should give to the injured worker first aid. Following the next steps. | If a person is choking: 5. You must maintain a clear airway to make sure the person can keep breathing | 6. You shouldn’t roll the injured worker onto his/her side because spinal injury is always a possibility in anyone involved in an accident. |

If a person is choking:
If bandages are needed:7. The injured worker should be sitting or lying down. You have to be in front of the person on his/her injured side | 8. The injured body part must be supported in position before you start to bandage it. | 9. If the person can help by holding the padding in place, wrap the tail of the bandage around the limb. 10. You must bandage up the limb making sure each turn overlaps the turn before. 11. You mustn’t bandage the limb too tight because you can reduce blood flow to the extremities. |

To reduce the risk of infected wounds | 12. You must have your hands clean and you should use disposable gloves. | 13. You have to cover the wound with sterile dressing. |
