Reproduction
Seahorses reproduce sexually. The male and the female do a dance together. Then the female and the male put their bellies up together. In addition to this, the female pushes several eggs from her belly into his pouch. Not only that but, the male then exposes his sperm into the water which he quickly absorbs for the eggs protection. After several weeks the male will lay 100-1000 offspring. He will lay them in coral reefs so they are protected.
Appearance
These unique creatures can be 0.6 to 14 inches in length. They also mate frequently, and when they do they change colors. They have independent eyes. They also have exoskeletons.

Australian Foods; Christmas Cake

125 g glace pineapple
125 g glace apricot
250 g dates, stoneless
250 g glace cherries, green and red
125g whole blanched almonds
250 g brazil nuts, whole
2 eggs
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 tablespoon rum
90 g butter, softened
1/2 cup plain flour
1/4 cup self rising flour
Directions:
Prepare all ingredients first. Chop pineapple, apricots and dates into pieces the same size as the Brazil nuts, leave nuts whole, combine fruit and nuts in a large bowl.
Beat eggs in a bowl until thick and creamy, add sugar, essence, rum and softened butter, beat until well combined.
Stir into fruit mixture and add sifted flours.
Spread mixture evenly and firmly into a large loaf pan which has been greased and lined.
Bake at 150°C for about 2 hours.
The christmas cake is an English tradition that started off as plum porridge. On Christmas Eve people would eat the porridge to line their stomachs after a day of fasting. Dried fruit honey and spices were added to the porridge mixture and then it became christmas cake.
