Hello Tubman Families,

We have started the 2nd Quarter at Tubman! You should expect your child's 1st quarter report card to come home next week in their backpack.

All teachers have sent messages on Class Dojo about family conferences. Please make sure to sign up for a conference. We are offering conferences on November 13, 14, 15, 16, and 20. You may choose if you want your family conference to be in person, virtual, or via phone.

Today, members of the Board of Education came to our school, in addition to members of the design and construction teams, and our PTA board, to inspect our building. This is the final step in a new building process. Our district board member will make a recommendation to the Board of Education for a vote to formally accept the building at a future board meeting.

Join us for the November PTA meeting this Tuesday, November 7 at 7:15pm. This month we will talk to the Gaithersburg Giants baseball team, talk about volunteer opportunities, get an update on the budget, and hear about family conferences.
