Note from the Directors - Ms. Oviatt, Ms. Miller, and Ms. McDaniel
Thank you for your patience with us this week as we worked to educate your scholars and keep them safe while working again cold, rainy weather and network connectivity issues. Please know that each of our Summit campuses worked diligently to provide both in-person and remote scholars the best possible educational experiences as we could each day.
The network is working hard to correct the connectivity issues that we are faced with, yet this may continue to impact teachers ability to have a Zoom class each day. Each of your scholar's teachers are working hard to make plans for how to engage scholars next week regardless of the connectivity we may have. With this in mind, please watch for message from our teachers on Schoology and Parent Link providing them with specifics on how to access class materials and lessons if they are remote learners.
Pro Tip: If you do not receive a specific message from a teacher, assume that your scholar should access class the same way they have been doing. Schoology is always the first and most accurate go-to place for their class materials and information!
As always, thank you for trusting us with your scholars each day and have a safe and wonderful weekend!
With Scholars First,
Ms. Oviatt, Primary Director
Mrs. Miller, Middle School Director
Mrs. McDaniel, High School Director
Mr. Smith, Operations Director

Telehealth Enrollment
If your child gets sick at school, it’s not easy to leave work. What can you do?
Uplift Education is proud to partner with Children’s HealthSM to provide access to Telehealth for our scholars. With your permission, our clinic staff can use video technology to connect your child with a Children’s Health doctor or nurse practitioner. Your child can be diagnosed and have prescriptions sent to your pharmacy, all without having to leave school or you having to leave work, in most cases.
Telehealth services at Uplift will be billed to your insurance provider or to Medicaid. No coverage? No problem. After your visit, Children’s Health will bill you directly. The visit cost will not exceed $50. Most families qualify for a discount and no student will be turned away for a visit.
Visit childrens.com/schools to enroll, call 844-483-5363, or use the QR codes below!Wear It Wednesday
