Class of 2017 & 2018 Winter Fundraiser: Food Catalog
From the desk of Ms. Barley: The Class of 2017 and 2018 is kicking off a fundraiser with a food catalog featuring cookie dough, desserts, soups, pizza and more! Last Friday, all Junior students should have received a fundraising packet with the brochure and information needed for this sale. The money raised from fundraisers like this helps to pay for class events such as Prom and Field Day. We hope that you will share these catalogs with your friends and family so that we can reach (and hopefully exceed) our fundraising goal for this winter! Fundraising materials and payment are due back to Ms. Barley in room 246 by Monday, February 6th. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Barley at mbarley@bluehills.org or Ms. Connolly at jconnolly@bluehills.org.

Blue Hills Community Plans White Ribbon Day by Mr. Jeremy Fischer
The Blue Hills community is planning to be part of the international White Ribbon Campaign to combat violence against women on March 1st. The White Ribbon Campaign emphasizes how men and boys play an important role in stopping violence against women and encourages everyone to be part of creating safe and welcoming communities. Students will attend assemblies on the subject, during which time all male staff and students will be invited to pledge their participation in this important movement. All members of the community will also be encouraged to engage in a "white out day" the following day--wearing white in solidarity.
