Thurs 6 Mar – Year 9 Parents’ Evening 6pm A letter has been sent home today by pupil post and girls should make appointments for their parents to meet staff. The letter has also been emailed home, together with an important letter regarding arrangements for any pupils who need to remain at School from 5.10 - 6pm.

Tues 11 Mar – Years 3 & 5 Additional Parents' Evening a letter has been sent home today.

Tues 11 Mar - Lower Juniors Parents’ Evening – a letter has been sent home today.

Wed 12 Mar 7 - Senior Girls Concert - for performers in Years 7-13, at 7pm.


Tues 25 Mar 7pm - Joint Junior Concert at Junior Boys. All students in Years 3-6 will be involved.

28 – 30 Mar - Year 10 Geography Field Trip to Margam Park: final information has been sent home and emailed) and the medical form is due for return by Friday 28 February.

*Language Trips October half term. We are keen to get an idea of numbers as soon as possible so please return deposit and consent slip by 28 February: French – current Years 9 and 10; Spanish – current Years 9 and 10; German – current Years 8 to 12.


Year 11 Girls have been given a letter and a programme to bring home regarding GCSE support. Both documents have also been emailed home.

The U13 Netball squad for qualifying for the National Netball Tournament on 20 March!

A large squad had the opportunity to demonstrate their skills in a very tough competition. Many of our players were from Year 7 and they were competing against a majority of Year 8 players. All the squad deserve praise but, in particular, Anna Worsfold (Player of the Tournament), Jemma Lancaster, Deia Ayres and Charlotte Webster.

Wed 26 Feb - U11 In2Hockey Tournament at Bradfield College: Pupils will need to arrive at School in Hockey kit, to include full school tracksuit. They will also need to bring plenty of food and drink for the day and additional warm clothing to keep warm between games. Pupils will be transported to Bradfield College by coach and will be leaving School at 11.45am, returning to School at approximately 5.45pm, depending on how well they do in the competition.
