Please join us on Thursday, October 17th, for Parent-Teacher conferences! We will begin at 1:30pm and end at 7:00pm. All teachers (EXCEPT 5th grade) will be in the gymnasium during this time to visit with you and answer any questions you may have. No appointment is necessary. Parents may touch base with as many teachers as they like with this setup. Special education teachers will be in the library for any parents that would like to meet. Mrs. Eggen will be working at the Book Fair in the elementary if parents would like to visit with her about the Library Trimester class.
5th Grade Conferences will look slightly different. You will receive additional information soon regarding their conferences.
Please stop at the table outside of the middle school office to pick up your student's report card.

Volunteers Needed
We are needed a few more volunteers to help with the Halloween treat for our students. Our Home and School purchases nachos for all students and staff. Volunteers are needed about 1:00 on October 31st to start serving nachos and help deliver to classrooms around 2:00. Please email or call the office if you are available to help.
Adopt a Teacher
We are looking to try something new for our teachers. For this program, we ask for families to encourage one of our teachers you are assigned. Families could send positive notes or a small treat to lift spirits of their adopted teacher. There would be no specific requirements beyond doing what you feel led to do. If this is something you are interested in being a part of or would like to know more, please email Mrs. Walters - kwalters@blairoaks.org
