Medical & Dental rates for 2019-20 school year

At its April 10 meeting, the Board of Education approved medical and dental insurance premium rates for the 2019-20 school year. Please see the information linked below regarding the 2019-20 rates.

After reviewing the information, if you wish to add/change your medical coverage for the upcoming plan year, please contact Francine Mueller.

Please note: Information regarding open enrollments for other coverage (i.e. voluntary life insurance, family vision, flexible spending accounts, etc.) will be sent out to staff in separate notifications prior to May 1, 2019.

License renewal and registration for certified staff and program assistants

All certified staff, program assistants, LRC and junior high building clericals need to check their license status on the ISBE web site, www.isbe.net. Please go to ELIS/Educator Credentials to make sure your renewal and registration dates are up to date.

Anyone whose license expires as of June 30, 2019 must renew and register his or her license or it will lapse. Teachers who have an expired license are ineligible to teach.

Renewal is currently open for all educators to access through their ELIS account. Questions? Contact the Human Resources Department (extension 3011).

Badge request forms/Change of employee Information

There has been an update made to our badge request form. As of October 9, 2018, the new fee for replacement of a lost badge is $10. There is also an updated form for change of employee information online as well. Please be sure to use this updated form when requesting a replacement badge or changes to your building access.
