Our November 🍂/December ❄️ Learning...
📚 What We’re Studying This Month:
We will be hustling and bustling at school to get everything completed this month, just as you will be at your home!
Please continue reading and signing your child’s daily agenda. Your child should be reading at least ten books per month. Please record each reading on his/her reading log.
The month of November will find us writing opinion pieces.
In reading we are continuing to use both fiction and informational texts to demonstrate our thinking and to answer questions.
We just finished our first science unit on Physical Science and heating and cooling thing and will start our next unit in Social Studies on Missouri and the Civil War.
Our lessons in math will include multiplication, division, estimating/rounding, place value, and problem solving as well as measurement of time and money.
