GFC Teacher Office Hours and Contact Information
While students are learning online during Quarter 4, teacher office hours are held from 8:45am-9:45am and from 2:00pm - 3:00pm Monday - Thursday. They are also available via email and can respond to voicemails during this time. Responses can be expected within 24 hours (business days). NOTE: Teachers who return or initiate calls will be using personal phones and have been asked to dial *67 prior to calling so they will come up as "blocked" on your cell phones.

Central DECA Award Winners
Grand Forks Central DECA and marketing students were recently recognized for their state competition results. Students attending the state conference competed in role play tests and written projects. Many Grand Forks Central students were recognized for their accomplishments including the following students in their event and place.

In addition to their individual competition results, GFC students were recognized with a number of other awards including the following scholarships and chapter recognitions:
Aidan Fire - $2,000 UND DECA Scholarship
Oliver Dalmi - $1,000 DECA Scholarship
Jhazlyn Wynne - Grand Forks Central Member of the Year
Sydney Passa & Julia Hale - Gold Certification School-Based Enterprise
The Grand Forks Central DECA Chapter was also recognized for achieving all of DECA’s chapter campaigns that include DECA’s:
· Membership Campaign
· Promotional Campaign
· Entrepreneurship Campaign
· Community Service Campaign
· Advocacy Campaign
Grand Forks Central was one of only two schools in North Dakota to complete all five DECA campaigns.
Grand Forks Central had two candidates running for statewide office for DECA for the 2020-2021 school year. Jacob Hanson was elected as a North Dakota DECA State Vice-President. He will represent Grand Forks Public Schools next year in planning statewide DECA conferences and achieving the 2020-2021 DECA officer team goals.
Finally, Grand Forks Central was recognized for being the largest DECA chapter in the state of North Dakota. Congratulations to all of the marketing students who stepped up this year to achieve all of these accomplishments!
