Introducing...
Robyn Bagley
Robyn is...
the Athletic therapist at Red Deer College and an instructor in Kinesiology. She oversees the medical portion of our student athletes, trains student trainers to help out with all our teams, and assesses and treats any injuries that happen while student athletes are participating here. I am also a wife, mother of 3 and involved in our community - Aspire Board of Directors member, chair of the Walk for Aspire, sits of the Oriole Park parent council, director of the Red Deer Children's Adapted Sports Association - organizing adapted activities for local children with special needs with four awesome colleagues, involved in Red Deer Minor Hockey and Red Deer Lacrosse Assn with her kids sports. Loves to run, swim, bike, dance, garden, read and play with her kids and family.
My interesting skill is that I am an organizational crazy person, my husband calls me the organizational Nazi, and I take that as a compliment, because as you see from the list above, we have a lot on the go as a family!
My awesome family
In this module I am most interested...
in seeing if I actually do design courses backwards. I think I do some of this but not sure. I am taking this course to help me become a better instructor and help me design courses online. Having not had any of my undergrad online, and most of my graduate degree online, I am interested in being able to transition my teaching between the two - face2face and online. I believe the future of education is a blended or completely online avenue and I would like to be able to perform in both settings.
