FARRO IS HIGH IN FIBER, IT IMPROVES IMMUNITY AND HEART HEALTH, AND ITS A GOOD SOURCE OF PROTEIN. FARRO IS ALSO HIGH IN B VITAMINS, ITS A GOOD SOURCE OF ANTIOXIDANTS, AND PROVIDES IRON, MAGNESIUM, AND ZINC.
