BEING HEALTHY!

To stay healthy some of the things you need to do is maintain a healthy diet where you make sure to get all of the food groups and vitamins that you need to live and be healthy each day! eating too much junk food can leave you feeling lazy, tired, mean, sad or moody! now who wants to feel like that? i know i don't, so i'm going to try to eat, and stay healthy!
HEALTHY THINKING!
Thinking positive is also is another factor of being healthy, the more optimistic and proud of the things you do, or the activities you are involved in the higher you self-esteem may get, making you feel better and happier about yourself!
STAYING ACTIVE!
Staying active is a big part of being healthy! when you are in a sport it can help you learn leadership skills, and teach you to get along well with others, it can also let you relieve stress. working out and doing a sport can make you very tired, and it also can help you relieve most of your stress letting you sleep great the next day and no lack of sleep.
