The rumored "Reconstruction."
After the tragic death of Abraham Lincoln, his successor Andrew Johnson announced that he has his own plan for reconstruction. Although details are scarce, it is reported that the remaining seven confederate states, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Florida and Texas; have to go through a process to be readmitted in the US. Nothing has been confirmed but it is rumored that there is talks of a act that will prevent and free all slaves. We at the tribune will update you as more developments continue.
