Please note that interviews are either 10 or 15 minutes in length depending upon teacher.

Bake Sale


It is that time again!

Our bake sale is quickly approaching and we need all the support we can get.

November 6 & 7 during Parent/Teacher interviews.


We are asking for families if possible, to participate by either baking something or buying something and donating it to the sale. Please keep all baking “nut free.”

Also, if it is possible to add the ingredients and the name of your goodies.

We need volunteers for both of these days to make it a success.


If you can volunteer your time, please go to www.schoolbookings.net click on My Bookings and enter code: 6fq9x pick your preferred time slot by November 4.


All baking can be dropped off at the school in the morning of the bake sale or the afternoon before.

Toy N Turkey Games Night

The Toy N Turkey Games Night is FRIDAY, November 22nd. This is the biggest family event at Madonna! We will be playing Bingo.



We are asking families to send in a toy donation OR a raffle basket item.


If you or a friend own a business and they are willing to donate items for the prizes or raffle baskets that would be very much appreciated.


Gift Cards are welcomed and make a great addition to any of the baskets.


Some examples are:

Board Games, Sports Stuff, Action Figures, Stuffies, Movies, Books, etc.


Please send in any items in with your child before Thursday, November 21st.


The doors open at 6:00 pm and the first game starts at 6:30 pm on Friday, November 22nd.


We will be collecting items for a donation to the FOOD BANK on the day of the event.
