E-Learning Days tomorrow, February 22 & Thursday, February 23
Because of the forecasted winter storm event, both tomorrow Wednesday, February 22, 2023, and Thursday, February 23, 2023 are E-Learning Days at Highland Park Middle School. That is, school will be in session both days, but school will NOT be in person. The student schedule for E-Learning days is changed a bit from our regular day-to-day schedule, resulting in the following:
Schedule for E-Learning Day, Wednesday, February 22, 2023 (A-Day)
- 8:30 - 8:45: Foundations
- 8:50 - 9:10: Period 1A
- 9:15 - 9:35: Period 2A
- 9:40 - 10:00: Period 3A
- 10:05 - 10:25: Period 4A
- 10:30 - 12:00: Optional Office Hours for Students — Teachers will be available to answer questions and consult with students virtually.
- 12:00 - 12:30: Lunch
- 12:30 - 3:00: Asynchronous Learning for Students — Students use this time to complete their work. Students may email their teachers if they have any questions during this time.

- 8:30 - 8:45: Foundations
- 8:50 - 9:10: Period 1B
- 9:15 - 9:35: Period 2B
- 9:40 - 10:00: Period 3B

How to log into a virtual/E-Learning Day class:
Students will meet with their teachers via Google Meet. This link, tinyurl.com/HPMSGoogleMeets2223, has all Highland Park Middle School teachers', social workers', and counselors' Google Meet addresses.
Note: Friday, February 24, 2023, has been declared a SNOW DAY. That is, school will NOT be held on-line, nor in person.
