Even though it is just a cartoon, the danger is real. Many people are causing car collisions because they are texting.
"Opps just hit a pedestrian"
Believe it or not cars are not just the only thing getting damaged because of texting. Pedestrians now need know that they need to be aware of drivers that text. They will not stop for you.
"Something should be done about those people..."
Its good to know that there is something being done. States are now reconizing the growing danger of people that are paying more attention to their phone than the road.
